Last Updated: April 14, 2025 # **Terms of Service** Welcome to **CoachEdge** (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CoachEdge platform, including any software, mobile apps, websites, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By using CoachEdge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. --- ## **1. Use of the Service** ### a. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use the Service. ### b. Account Registration To use most features, you must create an account. You are responsible for: - Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials - All activity under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. --- ## **2. User Content** You may upload content such as session notes, tasks, client data, and media (“User Content”). By doing so, you: - Grant us a limited license to use, store, and process that content solely to provide the Service - Confirm you have rights to the content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights We do not claim ownership of your User Content. --- ## **3. Acceptable Use** You agree not to: - Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes - Access or tamper with non-public areas of the platform - Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service - Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content Violations may result in suspension or termination. --- ## **4. Payments & Subscriptions** ### a. Billing CoachEdge offers paid plans managed via **Stripe**. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. ### b. Trials & Cancellations Some plans may offer a free trial. After the trial ends, you’ll be billed unless you cancel. You may cancel anytime via your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle. --- ## **5. AI & Third-Party Services** We integrate with third-party services such as: - **OpenAI** for session analysis and transcription - **Lemon Squeezy/Stripe** for payments - **Supabase** for database management By using the platform, you agree to the terms of those services. We are not liable for issues caused by third-party services. --- ## **6. Intellectual Property** All CoachEdge branding, software, and intellectual property are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our permission. --- ## **7. Termination** We may suspend or terminate your access if: - You violate these Terms - Required by law or at our discretion You may also terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform and data may be removed, except where retention is legally required. --- ## **8. Disclaimer of Warranties** The Service is provided **"as is"** and **"as available"** with no warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee: - That the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted - That data loss will never occur - Specific outcomes from using the platform Use is at your own risk. --- ## **9. Limitation of Liability** To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoachEdge is not liable for: - Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - Loss of data, revenue, or profits - Damages exceeding the amount you paid in the past 12 months --- ## **10. Governing Law** These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England & Wales. --- ## **11. Changes to These Terms** We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify users via email or in-app. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes. --- ## **12.
